Important Information: Memory Maker Media will begin work on your project upon receipt of 50% of your total amount due, which is non-refundable and non-transferable. Once 50% of payment is received (either through electronic transfer, check or PayPal) you can come back to this page and begin to upload your photos or videos.

If you do not have the ability to upload your photos or you have VHS video clips you would like included, and additional $20 fee will be assessed to cover scanning, video duplicating and return postage. Once we have received 50% payment and your photos/video, you can expect your project to be completed in 14 business days. Once the project is completed, you will be notified, and your project will be shipped when 100% of the total amount is received.

If there is anything unsatisfactory about your montage when it is received, then
changes can be made for no additional fees.

If your montage is needed immediately due to the loss of a loved one, Memory Maker Media will accommodate your needs by placing all other projects on hold. An $100 additional fee will be levied for this courtesy.
