1. Can MMM provide me with music for the montage?

No, we cannot. Due to copyright infringement issues, we cannot use another’s copyrighted material for profit. However, we can legally use music YOU have purchased. Simply email your selected music to info@memorymakermedia.com.

2. Can MMM allow me to see work in progress?

Yes, we can, via email. We can send you an email copy of your montage when we are 50% completed. Keep in mind however that due to email attachment restrictions your half-completed montage will be drastically reduced in quality in comparison to the final product.

3. How far in advance can you begin the montage?

As far in advance as you would like! As stated in the package prices, if you submit your montage request at least 6 months in advance, you will receive 10% off your final cost.

4. Can I receive additional DVD’s, videos or CD-ROM’s?

Yes, you can order as many as you would like, up to a month past the shipment date of the final project.  Additional DVD’s are $10, VHS is $5 and CD-ROM’s are $2.
